"Terrible owner with zero ethics. Go to any State Farm and they offer the same exact thing. Noor is an excellent guy. Unfortunately he is calling people offering them insurance that he knows is garbage. Don't buy anything from them that they wouldn't buy themselves. They don't understand the majority of policies they are selling, outside of car and home insurance. Don't fall for them adding things to meet their quota. They will not do anything to help you. The reviews are all paid for, $10 a pop. Take them with a grain of salt."

"Unprecedented level of incompetence and miscommunication that I have never seen from any other office. The agents being friendly don't make up for it. My being contacted over and over about a form I've either already signed (and given to another agent in the same agency) or didn't have to sign in the first place is wild. Them beginning the official policy on the wrong date when it was correct on the temporary ID given to me and then trying to convince me I was the one mistaken about the supposed start date (and thus making me pay for two policies at once) is crazier. Cherry on top is having insurance policy raised by hundreds per month after the initial month even though I was 100% forthright about all details because back end somehow changed their minds. And also being lectured on and on--threatened, almost--about how I'd have to be reported to the DMV and was liable for lapse in coverage fines when I tried to cancel their coverage and already purchased from somewhere else (due to the sudden meteoric price raise). Avoid this particular State Farm agency at all costs."
